Integrated facade solution
iNTEGRA is a structurally capable screen system that we developed initially to integrate sliding doors and to remove the need for bulky steels.
It is often an architectural concept in many new homes, home extensions or other architectural schemes, to include a minimal framed screen, with a sliding door or folding sliding door below. The aim was always to maintain the slim proportions but in nearly all cases, this ultimately is changed to accommodate a large span of steel running across the screen to (a) Hold the weight of the upper windows, and (b) Prevent any deflection to the opening units below which can lead to operational issues.
It was with this common issue in mind that we set out to create our own solution to this problem and thus iNTEGRA was born.
The system is based around a self supporting screen with a continuous 50mm sightline to all fixed glazing. The detailing we have created allows a sliding panel to be integrated without the need for the steel and without affecting the 50mm sightline. The sliding panel is that of a traditional sliding panel; however, with a statement within the glazed elements.
Since creation we have also developed the ability to add opening windows and single access doors. In some cases the sliding panel has been replace with bi-fold panels too.
Clients have the option to use timber inside, aluminium outside as well as timber both sides. Some of our clients are already exploring the use of alu-clad framing to all of the 50mm framing profiles, and then opting to use an Oak sliding panel within to create a unique effect.
Due to the nature of the product, installation is more complex and must be undertaken by our own teams. This is our preferred service option in any case.
There really is very little in terms of design limitations with our iNTEGRA line. We are always open to explore bespoke solutions for our clients.

“Our house has been transformed thanks to Vinco!”
The whole experience with Vinco Windows group, from the initial site meeting and competitive quote, through to the efficient and prompt delivery and fitting of the window and door package was one of the smoothest we have ever encountered.
We will certainly be using them again and I would highly recommend this company for the supply and fitting of high quality doors and windows.

“A* from start to finish”
We were very happy with Matt and Vinco from the outset of the process through to fitting – our new windows look fab!!
We have fitted contemporary black Alu-clad windows to a two-hundred year old barn, so getting the mix right of old and new was essential, as was measuring and fitting plumb, square windows to historical, non-plumb window openings! Matt was instrumental in helping us to make sure we have the right windows for our needs and kept us updated throughout the manufacturing process. The fitters were extremely efficient and professional – we will definitely be talking to Vinco when we do our next conversion.
